EPSD Structure

Environmental Partnership Foundations

The EPSD Consortium operates on the basis of a Consortium Agreement between the independent, self-governing, and not-for-profit national member foundations. The EPSD secretariat is an independent legal entity founded under Czech law and governed by a Board of Directors. Each member of the EPSD Consortium is governed by an independent Board of Trustees and in full accordance with the national laws of their respective countries. The Boards of Trustees are complemented and advised by a series of advisory or grant making committees. Each foundation publishes an annual financial and narrative report documenting its activities, management, and achievements. For a more detailed description of the activities of individual member foundations and their individual financial disclosures please see their individual annual reports.

Currently, there are some 155 full time and part time staff members working in seven offices in six countries and over 60 advisors and board members serving the national foundations and regional association.
